Free Shipping only applies for UPS Ground Shipments in the Lower 48 States and for designated freight items that are being delivered to a business address. Oversized or Freight Orders being sent to a residential address have an additional surcharge of at least $150 per item. Sales Tax will be charged for Illinois.
